Terms of use
These terms govern your use of tasshen.com and the TRASA line planner. They do not govern the supply of equipment or services — that is done by a separate written contract.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by TASSHEN LTD, registered in England and Wales under number 16965294, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: office@tasshen.com.
2. The site is information, not an offer
Everything published here — capabilities, equipment descriptions, indicative timescales, project examples — is provided for information. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not form part of any contract unless it is repeated in a signed document.
Any budget range we return in response to an enquiry is indicative. Binding prices are given only in a written quotation, after a site survey and confirmation of the technical scope.
3. The TRASA line planner
TRASA is provided free of charge, as a planning aid. You may use it for your own projects, including commercially, and the drawings and files you produce with it are yours.
TRASA produces schematic diagrams, not engineering documents. They are not to scale, they carry no structural, electrical, fire-safety or health-and-safety verification, and they must not be used for construction, procurement or as a basis for a permit application. Any equipment layout must be verified by a qualified engineer against the actual building, the applicable standards and the relevant national regulations before it is built.
The tool runs in your browser. We do not receive the layouts you create unless you send them to us. We do not guarantee that the tool will be available, error-free, or compatible with any particular browser, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The TASSHEN name, the TASSHEN and TRASA marks, the site design, texts, drawings, icons and photographs are owned by TASSHEN LTD or used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own business assessment. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or TRASA to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it systematically, or to transmit malicious code. We may withdraw access if you do.
6. Files you send us
When you send drawings, photographs or specifications through the site, you confirm that you are entitled to share them. We use them only to assess your project and prepare a response, and we treat them as confidential. We do not publish a client's material or name it as a reference without written permission.
7. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for business losses — including lost profit, lost production, lost contracts or lost data — arising from use of this site or of TRASA, or from reliance on information published here. Where you engage us, our liability is governed by the contract we sign with you, not by these terms.
8. Links
Where we link to other sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice, and what we store on your device in our cookie notice.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version and date at the top will change. Your use after that means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

2. Serwis ma charakter informacyjny
Wszystko, co tu publikujemy — kompetencje, opisy urządzeń, orientacyjne terminy, przykłady realizacji — ma charakter informacyjny. Nie stanowi oferty w rozumieniu Kodeksu cywilnego i nie jest częścią umowy, dopóki nie zostanie powtórzone w podpisanym dokumencie.
Przedział budżetowy przekazany w odpowiedzi na zapytanie jest orientacyjny. Ceny wiążące podajemy wyłącznie w pisemnej ofercie, po wizji lokalnej i potwierdzeniu zakresu technicznego.
3. Planer linii TRASA
TRASA udostępniamy bezpłatnie jako narzędzie pomocnicze do planowania. Można z niego korzystać do własnych projektów, również komercyjnie, a powstałe rysunki i pliki należą do Państwa.
TRASA tworzy schematy, a nie dokumentację techniczną. Nie są one w skali, nie zawierają weryfikacji konstrukcyjnej, elektrycznej, przeciwpożarowej ani bhp i nie mogą służyć do realizacji, zakupów ani jako podstawa wniosku o pozwolenie. Każdy układ urządzeń musi zostać zweryfikowany przez uprawnionego inżyniera wobec rzeczywistego budynku, obowiązujących norm i przepisów krajowych, zanim powstanie.
Narzędzie działa w przeglądarce. Nie otrzymujemy tworzonych układów, dopóki sami ich Państwo nie prześlą. Nie gwarantujemy dostępności, bezbłędności ani zgodności z konkretną przeglądarką i możemy je w każdej chwili zmienić lub wycofać.
4. Własność intelektualna
Nazwa TASSHEN, znaki TASSHEN i TRASA, projekt serwisu, teksty, rysunki, ikony i fotografie należą do TASSHEN LTD lub są wykorzystywane za zgodą. Można czytać, drukować i udostępniać strony na potrzeby własnej oceny biznesowej. Nie wolno ich kopiować, przetwarzać, publikować ponownie ani wykorzystywać komercyjnie bez naszej pisemnej zgody.
5. Zasady korzystania
Zobowiązują się Państwo nie wykorzystywać serwisu ani TRASA do łamania prawa, prób nieuprawnionego dostępu, zakłócania działania, systematycznego pobierania treści ani przesyłania złośliwego oprogramowania. W takim przypadku możemy odciąć dostęp.
6. Przesyłane pliki
Przesyłając rysunki, zdjęcia lub specyfikacje, potwierdzają Państwo, że mają prawo je udostępnić. Wykorzystujemy je wyłącznie do oceny projektu i przygotowania odpowiedzi oraz traktujemy jako poufne. Nie publikujemy materiałów klienta ani nie powołujemy się na niego jako referencję bez pisemnej zgody.
7. Odpowiedzialność
Nie wyłączamy odpowiedzialności za śmierć lub szkodę na osobie wynikłą z niedbalstwa, za oszustwo ani za nic innego, czego wyłączyć nie można zgodnie z prawem.
Z tym zastrzeżeniem nie odpowiadamy za szkody gospodarcze — w tym utracone zyski, przestoje produkcji, utracone kontrakty czy utratę danych — wynikłe z korzystania z serwisu lub TRASA albo z polegania na publikowanych tu informacjach. Przy zleceniu naszą odpowiedzialność reguluje podpisana z Państwem umowa, a nie niniejszy regulamin.
8. Odnośniki
Odnośniki do innych serwisów zamieszczamy dla wygody. Nie kontrolujemy ich i nie odpowiadamy za ich treść ani praktyki prywatności.
9. Prywatność
Sposób przetwarzania danych osobowych opisuje polityka prywatności, a to, co zapisujemy na urządzeniu — polityka plików cookie.
10. Zmiany i prawo właściwe
Możemy aktualizować regulamin; zmieni się wtedy wersja i data na górze. Dalsze korzystanie oznacza akceptację aktualizacji.
Regulamin podlega prawu Anglii i Walii, a sądy Anglii i Walii mają jurysdykcję. Jeżeli są Państwo konsumentem zamieszkałym w Unii Europejskiej, nie pozbawia to Państwa ochrony wynikającej z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów kraju zamieszkania.

Tout ce qui est publié ici — compétences, descriptions d'équipements, délais indicatifs, exemples de réalisations — l'est à titre d'information. Cela ne constitue pas une offre susceptible d'acceptation et n'entre dans aucun contrat tant que cela n'est pas repris dans un document signé.
Toute fourchette budgétaire communiquée en réponse à une demande est indicative. Les prix fermes ne sont donnés que dans une offre écrite, après relevé sur site et confirmation du périmètre technique.
3. Le planificateur de ligne TRASA
TRASA est mis à disposition gratuitement, comme outil d'aide à la conception. Vous pouvez l'utiliser pour vos propres projets, y compris à des fins commerciales, et les schémas et fichiers que vous produisez vous appartiennent.
TRASA produit des schémas de principe, non des documents d'exécution. Ils ne sont pas à l'échelle, ne comportent aucune vérification structurelle, électrique, incendie ou de sécurité au travail, et ne doivent pas servir à la réalisation, aux achats ni comme base d'une demande d'autorisation. Toute implantation d'équipement doit être vérifiée par un ingénieur qualifié au regard du bâtiment réel, des normes applicables et de la réglementation nationale avant d'être réalisée.
L'outil fonctionne dans votre navigateur. Nous ne recevons pas les implantations que vous créez, sauf si vous nous les envoyez. Nous ne garantissons ni la disponibilité, ni l'absence d'erreurs, ni la compatibilité avec un navigateur particulier, et nous pouvons le modifier ou le retirer à tout moment.
4. Propriété intellectuelle
Le nom TASSHEN, les marques TASSHEN et TRASA, la conception du site, les textes, schémas, icônes et photographies appartiennent à TASSHEN LTD ou sont utilisés avec autorisation. Vous pouvez consulter, imprimer et partager les pages pour votre propre évaluation professionnelle. Vous ne pouvez pas les copier, les adapter, les republier ni les exploiter commercialement sans notre accord écrit.
5. Usage acceptable
Vous vous engagez à ne pas utiliser le site ni TRASA pour enfreindre la loi, tenter un accès non autorisé, perturber leur fonctionnement, procéder à une extraction systématique de contenu ou transmettre du code malveillant. Nous pouvons suspendre l'accès en cas de manquement.
6. Fichiers que vous nous transmettez
En nous adressant des plans, photographies ou spécifications, vous confirmez être en droit de les partager. Nous les utilisons uniquement pour évaluer votre projet et préparer une réponse, et nous les traitons comme confidentiels. Nous ne publions jamais les documents d'un client et ne le citons pas en référence sans accord écrit.
7. Responsabilité
Nous n'excluons pas notre responsabilité en cas de décès ou de dommage corporel résultant d'une négligence, en cas de fraude, ni dans les autres cas où la loi l'interdit.
Sous cette réserve, nous ne répondons pas des préjudices économiques — notamment perte de profit, arrêt de production, perte de contrats ou perte de données — résultant de l'utilisation de ce site ou de TRASA, ou du fait de s'être fié aux informations qui y figurent.
